Staff Members

Auxiliary Staff (not doctors) may attend Implant courses. We encourage doctors to designate an assistant and front office implant coordinator to accompany them.

Payment Terms and Method

I understand that cancellation of Residency program requires payment at single course rates for courses attended by doctor and staff. I understand deposits are non refundable, I understand a deposit can be transferred for up to 1 year, all cancellations must be made in writing, I understand the program dates are subject to change.
