Q. Can I get more tuition and fee information?

A. The tuition includes meals and teaching material. GR program participants have priority when registering for courses, otherwise reservations are first come first served. Full tuition is payable by credit card or check, and must be received by WhiteCap to confirm your registration.

Any cancellation received within 10 days of event is non-refundable, 50% will be credited toward future courses. WhiteCap is not responsible for hotel cost or airfare. WhiteCap reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule courses.

Q. Who are the instructors?

A. Founder of WhiteCap Institute and instructor: Dr. P.K. Clark received his DMD from Oregon Health Science University and maintains a private implant practice in the Portland, Oregon area and recently began an implant and full mouth rehabilitation center near his home in Heber City Utah. He is an active member of many professional associations and societies including the International Congress of Oral Implantology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry, AGD and ADA. Dr. Clark has been placing implants for over 18 years using a variety of implant systems including Nobel Biocare, Ankylos, Bicon, Biohorizens, Sterioss, IMZ, Camlog and most recently Implant Direct's Spectra. The creation of a teaching and mentoring organization has been a dream of Dr. Clark's since he became a dentist. The WhiteCap Institute is the fullfillment of that dream. He single handedly created the institute which is now a growing community of like minded professionals.

Dr. Clark has also lectured and provided mentoring using Nobel Biocare, Ankylos, Camlog, Astra, Bicon and Implant Direct's Spectra system. He finds great satisfaction in providing one on one mentoring to other dental professionals. In addition to placing implants, Dr. Clark also performs many types of periodontal, and oral surgeries. Dr. Clark commutes to his practice from Heber City, Utah where he enjoys keeping pace with his wife Cheryl and six children. Favorite family activities include snowmobiling, skiing, 4x4 wheeling, boating trips in the San Juan Islands and along the beautiful Oregon waterways.
