Refunds, less a $200 non-refundable administrative fee, are available if WhiteCap Institute is notified of the cancellation more than 60 days before the course. If cancellation is between 60 to 30 days prior to the course, we will refund 50% of the tuition. If cancellation is less than 30 days prior to the course, we are unable to offer a refund. Tuition transfers are available upon request with notification to WhiteCap Institute.
WhiteCap Institute is an ADA CERP Recognized Provider. ADA CERP is a service of the American Dental Association to assist dental professionals in identifying quality providers of continuing dental education.
ADA CERP does not approve or endorse individual courses or instructors, nor does it imply acceptance of credit hours by boards of dentistry.
WhiteCap Institute designates this activity for <number of credit hours> continuing education credits.
