Our approach and material must meet these demanding circumstances. This two day course will focus on lateral ridge augmentation, advanced socket preservation, and maxillary sinus augmentation. A thorough review of grafting technique and materials will provide the confidence to approach osseous defects with a deliberate plan of attack.
