Furthermore\, attendees will gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively preserve alveolar ridge dimensions following tooth extraction\, optimizing conditions for future implant placement or other restorative options. \nCourse Objectives:\n\nUnderstand the biological principles of tooth extraction\, the factors influencing trauma to the alveolar ridge\, and the rationale for ridge preservation.\nIdentify the indications and contraindications for atraumatic tooth extraction and alveolar ridge preservation grafting.\nSelect appropriate instruments and materials for various extraction and socket grafting scenarios.\nPerform proper soft tissue management to minimize trauma and promote healing.\nRecognize and manage potential complications associated with tooth extraction and grafting.\nEvaluate the success of atraumatic extractions and alveolar ridge preservation using clinical and radiographic assessments.\nImprove patient comfort and satisfaction by minimizing pain and complications.
