Live Surgery.
Our courses have been called a “Reality Series” because they include so much live surgery. The cases are not screened and hand picked to look easy, instead they are real world, typical cases that dentists face everyday. The treatment and complications unfold live in front of the group. The good, the bad, the ugly, the appreciation of patients all real, all live. A common thread is heard from participants: they learn more and learn faster from participating in these dynamic treatment sessions than they’ve learned in months of alternative training that lacked live surgery.
Hands-on Lab Activities.
WhiteCap believes in providing Dentists opportunities to use what they have learned during hands-on lab activities. These activties are highly focused on the application of WhiteCap specific training methods, and we have found that this is the optimum process for dentists to integrate this training into their own practicing methods.
Lecture.
The lectures have passed the test of time… months and even years after attending a lecture course, participants have commented that the course was a milestone that changed their paradigm of patient treatment. Since attending they are more satisfied with their profession and are a kinder and more sensitive care provider.
