Meet Our Team
Dr. Clark is a practicing dentist, lecturer, and surgical mentor. He received his DMD from Oregon Health Science University and maintained a successful private practice in the Portland, Oregon area for nearly 20 years.
After years of experience in his own growing practice, and in teaching dentists one-on-one, Dr. Clark saw the immense change Implantology brings to general dentists and their patients. He saw a need to be filled and founded the unique WhiteCap Institute, which has allowed him to spend time building relationships and teaching on subjects he is most passionate about.
To continue expanding his skills and knowledge, Dr. Clark also maintains an implants-only practice in Utah. Both the clinical practice and the Institute are driven by the desire to offer exceptional patient-centered care.
Dr. Clark is also an active member in the dental community. He contributes to several societies, including the International Congress of Oral Implantology, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

Dr. Clark has been passionate about dentistry for decades. As a young high school student, he began his discovery of dentistry. He was the janitor in his father’s practice in Portland, Oregon. In the early hours of the morning, he would go to the office with his mom and clean every corner of the office in preparation for patient care- from bathrooms to treatment rooms, he became well-versed with dental offices! He later went on to be a dental assistant and work in the front office. He’s real passion for dentistry developed as he watched patients’ lives change through compassionate dental care. He noticed most patients seemed more like great friends with his dad than clients visiting a business. Likewise, he saw his father thoroughly enjoying what he did all day. It was compelling to witness the most magical thing of dentistry; the Doctor-Patient relationship. The Doctor-Patient relationship is what motives Dr. Clark to offer the highest care in dental implantology.
Dr. Clark received his bachelor’s degree at Portland State University. He then attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio for his DMD degree. During dental school, Dr. Clark finished his requirements ahead of schedule. This allowed him to attend advanced training in IV sedation at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.
Dr. Clark is an implant-only dentist, dedicating his entire professional career to the mastery of dental implantology. He has performed thousands of implant surgeries and advanced bone grafting procedures. When not busy with clinical practice, Dr. Clark lectures around the country for varies dental companies and dental societies in implant dentistry. He is most well-known for his use of technology and digital workflows within implant dentistry.
Dr. Clark and his amazing wife, Kolt, have three energy-filled daughters. When not serving patients, he enjoys exploring the outdoors with his family. His most favorite thing to do, however, is to cuddle with his family on the couch and watch hallmark Christmas movies!

Dr. Glenn Evans graduated from University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in Spanish. In 2015 he earned his DMD degree at Roseman University and while at Roseman University, was elected to be the Senior class president. Dr. Evans was awarded the Life Long Colleague award which is the highest honor at that university. In 2019 he was recognized at the WhiteCap Institute Summit with the advanced credential of Diplomate through their implant academy. Dr. Evans is also trained and certified in IV sedation and oral conscious sedation.
After graduation he moved to Virginia. Currently, runs a 4 doctor practice and really enjoys teaching and mentoring other Doctors. He is a believer in his dental school’s life long colleague philosophy and in the WhiteCap Institute’s mission of training like minded dentists to safely & predictably place implants and use the most modern technology in achieving the best outcomes.
His wife Amber and three boys are the most important things in his life. He enjoys boating, fishing and traveling.

Dr. Ciszek believes that the field of dentistry requires an eye for artistry and a passion for science and discovery. She lives out this philosophy at the WhiteCap Implant Institute, where she practices evidence-based dentistry and utilizes the latest technology and materials to create and maintain happy, healthy smiles for her patients.
Dr. Ciszek completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior at the University of California, Davis. Interested in the structure and function of the tissues of the oral cavity and craniofacial complex, she then went on to receive her PhD in Oral Biology with an emphasis on Pain Neurobiology at the University of North Carolina. She studied the mechanisms underlying pain conditions such as temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). She next received her Degree of Dental Surgery from the University of North Carolina.
Following dental school, she moved to Salt Lake City, Utah to complete a General Practice Residency at the University of Utah. During her time in residency, she was trained in oral conscious sedation, IV sedation, and advanced general dentistry procedures. She found a passion for dental surgeries and implantology and was introduced to the WhiteCap family.
As a proud Canadian, originally from Ontario, Dr. Ciszek enjoys all things outdoors and spends her free time running, hiking, camping, skiing, and exploring beautiful Utah!

When you meet Dr. Paul Clark, you’ll feel his sincere interest in your well-being. As the leader of our practice, he is passionately committed to improving the lives of his patients by combining clinical excellence with cutting-edge technology. The rare physician who has completed both dental and medical school, he also served in the Air Force, where he spent four years as Chief of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Nellis Air Force Base. Married to his college sweetheart Sara and a proud father of four children, he also enjoys riding motorcycles, trying his hand at fixing them, hitting the slopes, and backpacking through the trails of Magic Valley.

Dr. Kyu Jung graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine. Since the beginning of his dental career. He has focused on various freehand implant surgeries, including immediate implant placement, multiple implants, implant overdentures, and full-arch implant cases. Performing many freehand implant surgeries, Dr. Jung thrived in providing his patients with the best and most accurate implants with excellent outcomes. Additionally, Dr. Jung attended various full arch implant CE courses and shadowed prominent prosthodontists, periodontists, and oral surgeons in the industry. Dr. Jung strives for excellence by utilizing Dio-navi Guided System, being at the cutting edge of dentistry to ensure all his patients benefit from the latest and best techniques available. He is the owner of Elite Dental Group serving the community at Lakewood and Aurora, Colorado.
