Bone Grafting and Sinus Lift / Oct 2-3, 2026

Expand your implant capabilities with predictable ridge and sinus augmentation techniques. This course combines focused lectures, hands-on training, and live surgery observation to equip clinicians with practical tools for managing complex implant cases with greater confidence.
Day 1 (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) includes lecture and hands-on training focused on the principles of bone regeneration, instrumentation, and the use of piezoelectric surgery, cautery, biologics, fixation screws, grafting materials, and barrier membranes for predictable ridge and sinus augmentation.
Day 2 (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM) includes live surgery observation, where participants will observe advanced ridge and sinus augmentation procedures and gain insight into surgical decision-making and clinical technique in real patient cases.
Course Objectives
- List the hand instruments necessary for ridge and sinus augmentation
- Describe the importance of CBCT, piezoelectric surgery, cautery, biologics, and fixation screws/tacks
- Discuss the different types of barrier membranes and their uses
- Describe the different types of grafting materials and their uses
- Describe the presurgical workup for ridge augmentation
- List the keys to a predictable augmentation procedure
